Simon Bennett

I’m Simon, a +55 fitness fanatic, and I live on the outskirts of Chippenham with my wife and family.

In 2011, I recovered from a major health scare (Triple Heart Bypass) and decided to get back into fitness to improve my health and quality of life.

Keeping fit has become an essential part of my lifestyle routine – everything else has to be worked around my fitness regime. Why? Because for me, the benefits of staying fit and healthy outweigh the excuses that can stop us, like time, money and work!

It is probably true to say that we routinely spend more money and effort on maintaining our cars than we do our own bodies.  It’s about time that we put ourselves first for a change.

As you can tell, I am passionate about health and fitness and decided to jump out of the corporate world a few years back, and start my own fitness business. I am a qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a GP Exercise Referral Trainer, which means I can help patients with certain medical conditions. Please refer to my personal training page for more details.

I have four classes, one at Yatton Keynell Village hall on a Tuesday evening, and the other three via zoom, and operate as a free lance personal trainer out of Snap Fitness in Chippenham.

My goal in life is to help people make that step change, so fitness takes priority and becomes part of everyone’s lifestyle and wellbeing routine.

Go on, make that important lifestyle change today and call me for further information on personal training packages and my current exercise classes on 07815 619138, or email [email protected].
