Simon Says Fitness offers personal training and exercise classes for those that are starting off on their fitness journey, and for clients who are already on the way.

Personal training now takes place at a state of the art fitness gym in Chippenham either on a one-2-one basis or in couples.

My programme of classes combine cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance training for all abilities, whether you are just getting back into fitness or are at an intermediate to advanced level.
