Simon Says Fitness offers personal training and exercise classes for people starting off on their fitness journey, and for those who are already on the way.
What is motivating you to improve your fitness? Are you looking forward to a special occasion such as a wedding, holiday or milestone birthday? Or do you just want to improve your physical and mental health, the natural way?
Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone your body and improve your posture or to achieve a fitness goal such as running a marathon, or taking part in a charity event like an extreme outside obstacle course (yes, I did Tough Mudder 2016) then I can help you!
Personal training now takes place at a state of the art fitness gym in Chippenham either on a one-2-one basis or in small groups. You do not have to become a member as I operate out of the gym on a free lance basis.
My programme of classes combine cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance training for all abilities, whether you are just getting back into fitness or are at an intermediate to advanced level.
